That understanding comes from experience, not a training manual. Before Veridian Services, I spent over 25 years in the mortgage and title industry — as a signing agent, an insurance adjuster, and a compliance/accreditation agent. In that time…
In that time, I saw firsthand what happens when documents aren’t handled carefully: deed theft, forged signatures, people losing what was rightfully theirs because someone skipped a step or looked the other way. That’s not theoretical to me. I’ve seen the damage it causes.
That experience is why authenticity isn’t a buzzword here — it’s the entire point. Getting that answer right is how people — especially those who can’t easily protect themselves — stay protected.
Originally from Michigan and having spent time in Texas before settling in Arizona, I’ve built my career across state lines and title companies, but I now call the East Valley home. Veridian Services was built here, for this community, because I wanted to bring that same level of scrutiny and care to the people I live among — not just the transactions that cross my desk.
